A brief history of our company since its establishment and business milestones in the used housing rehabilitation field
1978
- Established as Yasuragi Co., Ltd. with a capitalization of 10 million yen.
1988
- Acquired a license to trade in residential buildings and started the real estate sales and agency business.
1998
- Established a style of remodeling/selling used houses in advance of industry trends.
2002
- Running total of used houses sold broke 1,000.
2004
- Listed on the Nagoya Stock Exchange Centrex.
2006
- Running total of used houses sold broke 10,000.
2009
- Running total of used houses sold broke 20,000.
2012
- Became a subsidiary of Nihon Jutaku Saisei Co., Ltd. and delisted from the Nagoya Stock Exchange Centrex in order to prepare for further growth.
- Running total of houses sold broke 30,000.
2013
- Changed name from Yasuragi Co., Ltd. to KATITAS and revamped logo and mascot character.
2016
- Received the METI Minister Award for “Advanced Rehabilitation Remodeler” from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Infrastructure
- Acquired same-industry company REPRICE Co., Ltd.
- Running total of used houses sold broke 40,000.
- Running total of used house purchased broke 10,000,after changing the company name.
2017
- Agreed on business and capital alliance with NITORI Holdings Co.,Ltd.
